The Mileage Reimbursement Benefit reimburses employees for travel by their own car for commuting and business-related trips. Reimbursement is provided at a rate of €0.23 per kilometer.

There is no external vendor for this benefit. Reimbursements are managed directly by the Company.

There is no enrollment process. Employees can submit mileage claims for eligible travel expenses through Concur.
