MyWheels – Electric Car Program
What is the program?
MyWheels is a shared electric car subscription offered by the Company, allowing employees to experience driving and charging an electric vehicle. Employees can use MyWheels cars for short trips or simply to get familiar with electric mobility.
Who is the insurance carrier?
MyWheels is the provider of the electric car sharing service.
Key program benefits:
The MyWheels benefit allows eligible employees to:
- Rent electric cars for short work-related trips
- Experience driving and charging an electric vehicle
- Access cars available in various cities across the Netherlands
When making a reservation, employees must select “electric car” to ensure eligibility under this program.
Eligibility
All employees who hold a valid driver’s license are eligible to participate in the program.
How do I enroll?
- Open a Sofi Ticket requesting access to the MyWheels account
- You will receive an invitation link by email
- Complete the registration steps, including uploading your Dutch driver’s license
- Once registration is complete, you can start using MyWheels cars
