Scheme Overview
Dow Jones has a Defined Contribution (DC) Group Occupational Pension Plan with Skandia, which has been in place since 2007. Dow Jones also has a Defined Benefit (DB) Group Occupational Pension Plan with SPP since 2008 for two employees (two former Factiva/Reuter employees) – the DB scheme is closed for new entrance.

All regular employees above 18 are eligible.
Contribution Rates DC scheme
Employees are enrolled at the start date reported to Mercer on contributions according to below including cost for waiver of premium insurance, 100% Employer paid. Contribution on pensionable salary part in respective salary interval:
Earnings Band (contribution on pensionable salary part in each salary level below) -The Price Base Amount (PBA) is 48 300 SEK in 2022 (will be SEK 52 500 for 2023).
