Eligibility: All employees

Contribution Rates

All employees are automatically enrolled. There is a contribution of 4% on tranche A and 4% on tranche B. Employer contribution is 2.67% and employee contribution is 1.33%. Employees can make individual (tax-advantaged) payments in addition to these contributions.
