What is the program?

A group medical policy for the permanent employees on the Italy payroll.

Who is the insurance carrier?

Cassa di Assistenza Sanint is the carrier for the medical program for employees on the Italy payroll.

Key program benefits:

The company provides Private Medical Cover to all permanent employees and their dependents and covers the cost for both employees and dependents. 

Our comprehensive healthcare plan comes with an annual limit of 1 million EUR and coverage of pre-existing conditions. The salient features of coverage include: Inpatient care, surgery, childbirth, diagnostic tests, care with a specialist, preventive medicine, plus outpatient interventions. 

The plan also includes dental and orthodontic care, vision correction and glasses/ lenses up to certain limits.

Health coverage allows patients to use the MyRete health network for:

• direct payment of the services related to the hospitalization area in the event that the institution or clinic is affiliated
• at the same time with both Phases and My Network (*)
• access to a price list for clients, discounted compared to market costs

You also have access to My Marsh.

• To access the system:
• Go to www.mymarsh.it
• Press “Sign-up”
• Insert your personal data, your email and the ID code for DOW JONES which is Y4SY46M
• Take note of the assigned Username, while the Password will be sent to you by email
• Insert Username and Password and press “Log In”

How do I enroll?

You will receive an email from the Benefits team shortly after closing with the enrollment forms for you to complete. You will have 2 weeks to complete the forms and return them to emeabenefits@dowjones.com. 

For changes to your benefits in the future, you must reach out to emeabenefits@dowjones.com directly within 30 days of the change. If you do not enroll within 30 days of your hire date with Dow Jones, you will not have healthcare coverage. You would not be able to enroll until the annual enrollment window later in the year, unless you experience a life event.  

Can I change my enrollment?

If you experience a life event, like getting married or having a baby, you can add your new dependent within 31 days of the event

Is there a cost to my medical plan?

The Company covers the cost of the health plan for yourself and your covered dependents.

The Benefit Handbook can be found on HR Hub. Make sure you are behind the DJ firewall to access.
