How do I enroll in benefits?

You will receive an email from the Benefits team shortly after joining that will outline important action items and forms for you to fill in. You will have 2 weeks to complete the forms and return them to dowjones@news.co.uk.

You will have access to the following benefits: Pension scheme with AXA ,Accident & Disability with Generali .

When are new hires eligible for welfare benefits?

You are eligible for accident and disability plans from day one. However, the coverage under AXA pensions plan will begin from 1st of the following month post submission of forms.

When am I eligible for pension?

You are eligible for the pension plan from day one but the coverage does not begin automatically. You will have to complete the relevant enrollment tasks such as completing forms. 

How do I enroll in the pension?

You should complete and return the form sent by the Benefits Team to  dowjones@news.co.uk within 2 weeks after you join.
