At Dow Jones we understand the external pressures employees may have in taking care of ailing loved ones.    There may come a time where you find you need some time off from work to fully care for your sick family member. This is our Compassionate Caregiver Leave.  Details on the policy can be found on HR Hub, but at a high level you could qualify for up to 4 weeks of paid time off to care for your family member.
