Contribution Rates

The company offers a Defined Contribution Pension with Athora with following contribution levels :

 Employer Contributions: (0.70% of cap +4.7% of part of the salary exceeding the CAP +.10% of total annual salary x employment service as at January up to a maximum of 35 years).

Employee contributions: (0.30% of capped salary +2.3% of salary exceeding the cap (employer pays the tax on employee contributions)

Pensionable Salary is Basic Monthly Salary at 01 January x 13.85 capped at a ceiling of EUR 51,482 for 2022.
