What is the program?
Group medical plan offered to the employees on the Poland payroll.
Who is the insurance carrier?
LuxMed is the carrier for the healthcare plan in Poland.
Key program benefits:
There are 2 plans to choose from Gold Plan and the Platinum Plan. Both plans can accommodate individual coverage, or coverage for spouse or dependent children.
Key Features of both plans include :
- Occupational medicine with e-referrals
- Healthcare specialists consultations – basic option – 3 specialists: Internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics;
- Specialist and Dietician consultations
- Laboratory and imaging diagnostics
- Pregnancy care and Physiotherapy
- Dentistry and other short term surgeries

How do I enroll?
You will receive an email from the Benefits team when it is time to enroll. You must complete the enrollment forms and return them to the Benefits team at emeabenefits@dowjones.com within 2 weeks.
Can I change my enrollment?
If you experience a life event, like getting married or having a baby, you can add your new dependent within 31 days of the event.
Is there a cost to my medical plan?
Individual packages for the employee are fully sponsored by the Employer (applicable for both variants).
Surcharge for the partner and family variant is funded 25% by the Employee and 75% by Employer.
Senior package is fully financed by the Employee.
