How do I enroll in benefits?
You will receive an email from the Benefits team shortly after joining that will outline important action items and forms for you to fill in. You will have 2 weeks to complete the forms and return them to dowjones@news.co.uk.
You will have access to the following benefits: Pension scheme with PKO TFI. Your healthcare with LuxMed and a Group Life and Disability through Unum.
When are new hires eligible for health and welfare benefits?
You are eligible for health and welfare benefits from day one but the coverage does not begin automatically. You will have to complete the relevant enrollment tasks such as completing forms.
Is there a cost to my healthcare?
Depending on the plan that you select, the costs can vary.
- Individual packages for the employee are fully sponsored by the Employer (applicable for both variants).
- Surcharge for the partner and family variant is funded 25% by the Employee and 75% by Employer.
- Senior package is fully financed by the Employee.
When am I eligible for pension?
You are eligible for pension post three months of your service with Dow Jones.
How do I enroll in the pension?
All employees between 18-55 years old who want to participate in the PPK do not have to take action, they will be automatically enrolled by the Company after the third month of employment.
All employees between 55-70 years old who want to participate in the PPK should submit the declaration of participation in the PPK. Post the third month you will receive an automated email from Workday which will have links to the relevant forms.
